Logging a ticket in less than 30 seconds
We have been silently migrating all of your computers over to our new support system over the past coupe of weeks. Our new system allows you to log a ticket direct into our support systems by simply right clicking on this icon which is down in the bottom left corner of the screen (known as the taskbar) by the clock. For our Mac users you will find this icon at the top of your screen.
Once you have right clicked on the icon, left click on “Create Service Ticket” and a new window will open connected to your companies account on our support system. Fill in the appropriate fields and press the “send button. A ticket will then be logged on our support system linked to your users account and the machine you are working on. Our technicians will then be alerted to your support request and will start working on it straight away.
Our other support options are still available, such as calling us on 01373 470170 (option 1) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Checking on a ticket status or viewing historic invoices
We now have a portal dedicated to our customers for viewing / logging tickets and for retrieving historic invoices. To access the website please use this link geekingitsimple.myportallogin.co.uk. You will need to have your account activated first before you can access the portal. To request access please email email@example.com
