Logging a ticket in less than 30 seconds
We have been silently migrating all of your computers over to our new support system over the past coupe of weeks. Our new system allows you to log a ticket direct into our support systems by simply right clicking on this icon which is down in the bottom left corner of the screen (known as the taskbar) by the clock.
Once you have right clicked on the icon, left click on “support portal” and a new window will open connected to your companies account on our support system. Fill in the appropriate fields and press the green “create ticket” button. A ticket will then be logged on our support system linked to your users account and the machine you are working on. Our technicians will then be alerted to your support request and will start working on it straight away. Be sure to press the sign out button when finished!
